Pilot card builder

Ops & automation · Generator · by John KingFreeWrite your kill line before your first send: a one-page test plan with a success bar, kill lines, one owner and a read date.
Open module

Most pilots never end: the number comes in "promising", nobody owns the call, and the test quietly becomes the way things are done. Fill in what you are testing, the one number that decides it, where it is today, the result that means scale it and the result that means stop. Add a guardrail, a spend cap and the sample you need, and you get a printable pilot card: the decision rule, every kill line, the dates to look and to read, and one name on the call. The card is checked for what makes a test unfair: a bar no better than today, no room between bar and kill line, a window too short to read, a sample too small to trust and an owner who is really a team. Print it, sign it, pin it up.
