Fit rubric calibrator
AI · Workbench · by John KingFreeYour LinkedIn likers are not leads. Write a fit rubric and test it on four prospects you know until all four come out right. Most fit rubrics are never tested: a list of nice-to-haves that says yes to anyone who engaged. Write yours as plain rules anyone can apply the same way: points for what a good account has, must rules for what every fit has, never rules for what rules one out, and a fit line. Then pick four prospects you already know the answer for, two good customers and two that were not, and describe them. Each is scored with the evidence shown, right or wrong against what you said, and you see which fit lines would sort all four, which criteria never fired, which fire on everyone, and which score a like or a follow instead of who the account is. Change the rubric and run it again until all four come out right with room to spare.
